Ensuring the smooth running of an event is of paramount importance to all promoters and event managers.

S2G performs pre-event site analysis and onsite security management to protect both guests and property. Security planning will take into account such possible incidents as unwelcome guests, bomb threats, suspicious packages, medical emergencies and lost or stolen property.

Before, during and after the event, S2G officers will perform Health and safety assessments, including gate and crowd control as well as counting services. S2G can identify on-site security problems and if necessary, co-ordinate with local Police to provide Emergency assistance.

S2G provide a full range of event services from set-up to breakdown. This includes:

• Providing information for delegates/visitors

To ensure safe travel for attendees, S2G can also provide advance information on routes to and from the transportation sites, hotels and the event.
