S2-G committed to ensuring all clients receive the best possible service. We do recognise that, on occasion, some of our clients experience problem.
If a client has contacted us about a complaint, we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If one of our security officers cannot resolve the problem, then it will pass the matter to a Team leader or supervisor who will ensure the matter is dealt with.
We hope are security officers are able to resolve complaints themselves. However, if the clients are still dissatisfied, they can ask for the matter to be referred to the following.
